The information we collect
If you use the quote form or phone us, we take your name, phone number and the postcode of the property, plus your email address and notes about the job if you choose to give them. Nothing more is collected.
Why we use it
We use it to give you a quote, to book the clean and to keep in touch with you about that booking. The lawful basis is that the processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and afterwards our legitimate interest in running the job.
Retention
Enquiry details that do not turn into a booking are deleted after 12 months. Records of completed work are kept for six years, which is the period we may need them for tax and for any dispute.
Sharing
Only the people booking your job and the cleaners who carry it out. Your details are never sold or handed to marketing firms. A third-party company hosts the website, and form enquiries are sent securely to the system we use for bookings.

Your rights over your data
You can ask us what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Ring 020 8077 9085 and ask, and we will action it. If you are not happy with how we have handled it you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
