East of Lordship Lane the postcode turns to N17 and Wood Green becomes Tottenham, which has its own high street and its own bus network. Banded move-out cleans start at £156, floors at £36 a room and a single oven at £77. N17 pays the same figures as N22.

The W3 and the W4 run that road and so do we. It backs up at both ends through the afternoon, so N17 work suits an early start, a mid morning slot or an evening.
Flats over shops, houses behind them
Along the main roads there is a great deal of flat above shop and a good stock of purpose built, with the terraces sitting behind. Flats over shops come with narrow shared stairs and a street door that will not stay open, which matters for a carpet job, since all the kit climbs those stairs by hand. Give us the buzzer number. Landlords and agents
More of our Tottenham work comes from landlords than from tenants, usually a one or two bedroom flat between lets with a week to fill it.
